Health Care

One of the many benefits of living at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) is knowing that if your health care needs change over time, you’ll find the services and support you need right on campus.

As a CCRC, Saratoga Retirement Community offers the following levels of care:

Residential Living

Residential Living is designed for those individuals who do not need any personal assistance. Residents can choose to live in an apartment or cottage, both of which are available in a variety of one-, two-, and two-bedroom-plus-den styles. Services include the enjoyment of all amenities, plus one meal a day (more can be purchased), weekly laundry service, housekeeping every other week, special Care Days with discounted fees, routine health screenings, planned activities, exercise classes, general home maintenance and upkeep of grounds, and much more.

Assisted Living

We offer Assisted Living services in comfortable studio apartments, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and one-bedroom-plus-den apartments offering 900 square feet of living space. Our Assisted Living Program is designed to help residents maintain independence, with five levels of personalized care. Caregivers are available to help residents with activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility. Services include three meals a day plus snacks, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, local transportation, health and wellness programs, medication supervision, and social and recreational activities.

Special Care

Special Care is designed for residents with Alzheimer's and other memory-impairing conditions. Residents live in secure, comfortable surroundings and enjoy activities created especially for their needs.

Skilled Nursing Care

Saratoga Retirement Community's on-campus Health Care Center provides compassionate skilled nursing care for individuals who are temporarily or permanently unable to live without assistance. Residents are provided with accommodations, skilled nursing care as needed, a full activities program, and three meals a day plus snacks. Residents also have access to specialized services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, laboratory services, and use of other health-related equipment.
